#### 9.1 Utility (What $HYPESUI Enables) <a href="#id-9.1-utility-what-usdhypesui-enables" id="id-9.1-utility-what-usdhypesui-enables"></a>

* **Trading fee rebates.** Holding $HYPESUI (or meeting tier thresholds) reduces effective trading costs directly at execution or via on-chain accrual claimable in-app. Goal: the more committed you are to HyperSui, the less you pay per trade.
* **LP economics boost.** Qualifying tiers can increase a user’s **personal** share of pool fees or programmatic incentives where applicable—without changing pool economics for others. (Design emphasizes depth and activity over mercenary rotation.)
* **Feature access.** Tiers may unlock advanced product capabilities (e.g., richer analytics, higher API rate limits, priority routing controls) and participation in time-boxed campaigns/partner pools announced via official channels.

#### 9.3 Presale, Use of Proceeds, & TGE <a href="#id-9.3-presale-use-of-proceeds-and-tge" id="id-9.3-presale-use-of-proceeds-and-tge"></a>

* **Presale purpose:** finance **ongoing development**, third-party audits, observability, and operational readiness for a safe mainnet. (No promise of profit; utility focus.)
* **Use of proceeds (indicative):** engineering & security (majority), infrastructure/monitoring, documentation/devrel, initial protocol liquidity.
* **TGE & distribution:** dates, unlocks, and delivery mechanics (on Sui) will be announced in verified channels with contract addresses and a step-by-step guide.

#### 9.4 Protocol Fees & Treasury Policy <a href="#id-9.4-protocol-fees-and-treasury-policy" id="id-9.4-protocol-fees-and-treasury-policy"></a>

* **Fee accounting:** protocol share of pool fees (if any) is routed to **Treasury** with monthly public reports.
* **Treasury actions:** any buyback/burn or strategic LP seeding will follow **published rules**, executed transparently on-chain and summarized in the changelog.
* **Change control:** material tokenomic changes are **prospective**, announced in advance, and subject to timelocks/multisig execution.

* $HYPESUI is a **utility token**; it provides **fee rebates, LP boosts, and feature access** on HyperSui, and **does not** grant governance or revenue rights.
* Interacting with DeFi involves market, liquidity, smart-contract, and phishing risks; verify official addresses and start with small transactions.
